A significant differentiator for Medilink is our record of booking candidates with niche client requirements which other agencies cannot fill, placing doctors who fall under the speciality shortage list as defined by the NHS.  Up to 95% of our bookings have been through the shortage of specialities including emergency medicine (A&E), surgery, paediatrics, obstetrics & gynaecology and neurology.
