Our consultants are on call 7 days a week. Unlike many other agencies, a significant differentiator for us is that our office is manned physically 7 days per week from 8am-6pm, so our business hours go further towards accommodating the supply needs of our medical clients. Outside that timeframe, our landline numbers divert to mobile numbers on a rota basis so that our clients and candidates can rely on a personal response from our team at any time – and we are accustomed to speaking to candidates or clients in the middle of the night where needed, to finalise a short-notice placement.
We dedicate regions to each consultant so our clients and candidates always speak to the same person during and outside working hours. This way if there is a query the relevant consultant would know the exact situation and would be able to help immediately.
