In the last year Medilink attained ISO9001 registration for our quality management system. Our quality system documents all aspects of our client and candidate engagements, recruitment and attraction policies and procedures, candidate registration and compliance/reference checking and monitoring processes for client and candidate satisfaction.
In addition, recognising the importance of working to meet the requirements of NHS framework agreements, our quality management system documents all aspects of client contract set-up and implementation, including agreeing SLAs, KPIs and communications with our clients and stakeholders to deliver effective service roll-outs from day one, customised to our clients’ requirements for services and systems.
Medilink is also a corporate member of the Recruitment Employment Confederation (REC) and NHS Employers, signing up to the Codes of Practice for both organisations. As a result, so our clients and candidates can be assured that we operate in accordance with best practice industry standards.
Our membership of REC is also central to our keeping up to date with legal, compliance and regulatory changes in recruitment practices and employment law as part of our change management policies.
