- MediLink Consulting are recruiting Band 7 CAMHS Nurse Practitioners to work in NHS hospitals based in East London, UK.
Our NHS client have different roles available for triage, assessment, providing therapeutic interventions and care coordination roles.
The qualified Nurse Practitioner will be required to carry out initial assessment, risk assessment, and management plan for young people and children.
The ideal candidate will be confident to carry out mental state examination during assessment and be able to care coordinate and carry a caseload.
You must be able to provide leadership, and to promote initiative, creativity and motivation in CAMHS where appropriate, as well as be able to manage your own caseload.
The post holder will be a Registered General Nurse or any other AHP with the appropriate professional or regulatory body. You will have clinical experience working with children and young people with emotional wellbeing and mental difficulties, and will have significant experience of delivering clinically robust mental health assessments, care planning and risk.
You will also have substantial CAMHS clinical experience. Minimum 6 Months UK NHS experience required.
