Description
MediLink Consulting are recruiting a Community Psychiatric Nurse on a locum basis in London. 

You will be required to complete telephone triage & initial assessments, carry a caseload of clients, onward referrals/professional meetings & liaison as required, MDT working. Caseload cleansing.

Experience in community mental health assessment: key working or care coordinator role. 

Ideally, experience in an access team/SPA. 

Knowledge of local area & RiO experience preferential.

Minimum 6 Months UK NHS Experience required.
