- MediLink Consulting are recruiting a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurses to work in East London, UK.
The position will include telephone triage and assessment, face to face assessments, walk-ins crisis assessments, duty phones, review of treatment, interagency working. ADHD assessments, link working with ADHD clinic and consultant.
The Registered Mental Health Nurse will need to have an NMC pin, Mental Health Nurse qualification and experience in working in a mental health community setting, preferably an access and assessment team essential.
ECG trained and competent in measuring and recording of physical vital observations is also required.
Minimum 6 Months UK Experience required.
