Description
MediLink Consulting are recruiting a Band 7 Learning & Development Adult ADHD Nurse Practitioner on a 12 week contract based in Hampshire, UK

Duties include: To provide treatment to clients with ADHD including prescribing medication, within their sphere of competence.

To carry out comprehensive assessments of clients referred to the service. Nice guidance and recommendations of UKAAN, initiating and reviewing treatment and referring on to/working in conjunction with other agencies as required.

To provide advice/support in relation to crisis situations, conditions and treatment plans, based on medical and treatment history.

To carry out clinical review with clients, and update recovery plans.

The Adult Nurse Practitioner must have at least 6 Months UK NHS experience & Full NMC Pin.
