- MediLink Consulting are recruiting Band 7 ISS Operation Lead to work in Chelmsford, Essex.
Duties include:
To act as interim operational managers of the team.
To carry out the functions that oversee the operational management of the team.
Support and supervise staff.
Provide support for the A&E pathways and community pathways by leading or joining in assessments and session work where required.
To carry out comprehensive and holistic mental health assessments of young people presenting in Crisis in Accident & Emergency or other pre-arranged community-based setting.
To carry out a comprehensive clinical risk assessment.
Formulate a plan to manage risk in the immediate, short and medium term including wherever possible the young person and relevant significant others as required.
As required identify and arrange admission to appropriate Child & Adolescent Inpatient setting.
Ensure high standards in relation to practice, record keeping and compliance with all general trust and local procedures.
Experience / Qualifications: RMN, Social worker , CAMHS Clinician , car driver
