- MediLink Consulting are recruiting Qualified Nurses (Band 5-7) to work in Brentwood, Essex.
Duties will include: providing specialist and professional nursing assessment, intervention and follow-up care to patients who are in the care of, referred or considered for the Virtual Frailty Ward.
Responsible for patients allocated to them and will assess, manage, plan, and deliver care, including being professionally and legally accountable.
Autonomous practitioner in the care and management of patients in the community.
Experience / Qualifications: Relevant experience as a registered general nurse in a community healthcare setting (e.g. i.e catheterisation, wound care, administration of medication, venepuncture), ability to use IT and electronic patient records, car driver.
