- MediLink Consulting are recruiting Band 5 Care Co-ordinator to work in Ilford, East London.
Patients within our client's service sign up to the “Living With” App. This allows Long Covid Patients to interact with members of our client's team and give the patients the ability to ask questions raise queries etc.
The main role will be monitoring this APP answering any clinical queries or passing them to appropriate members of the team. The role will also involve screening patients for our online virtual groups etc.
The role won’t involve patient facing and once the candidates are up to speed the role can be completely remote from home.
The nurse may have to carry out risk assessments, but training will be provided for this.
Experience / Qualifications: Qualified Registered General Nurse with experience of remote working. Previous physical acute or rehabilitation nursing experience desirable. Able to use databases, IT and telephone systems confidently. Ability to review bloods and other relevant medical tests.
