- MediLink Consulting are recruiting Senior Staff Nurses to work in a Joint Emergency Team (JET) in an NHS hospital based in South East London, UK.
Shift work to cover 7-day service, between 08:00am - 20:30pm (37.5 hours) on a 3-month locum contract.
JET is a crisis intervention, multidisciplinary team consisting of OT, PT, Nurses, Social Workers GP / TAPs and HCA's.
Our client is looking for a Band 6 Senior Nurse who has experience of working in the community.
You will be providing holistic assessments and determining intervention treatment with a view to preventing hospital admission.
You will work with the virtual ward hub to support the identification of patients that do not need to be admitted or can leave earlier with support from the virtual ward/community services.
You will be provided with an induction period as you will be working across both health and social care remits.
Rio experience not essential but would be helpful.
Experience / Qualifications: Must have NMC Pin & DBS plus a minimum of 6-months UK NHS experience.
