- MediLink Consulting are recruiting Staff Nurses to work in our clients Rapid Reponse Team for a NHS hospital based in South East London, UK.Shift work Monday - Sunday, 8am - 4pm or 12-8pm on a 3-month locum contract.The Rapid Response Team work closely with the A&E and acute medical units across two NHS hospitals to minimise unneccessary hospital admissions and support early discharge where they can.Our client is looking for Band 5 Staff Nurses who have experience working within the community.You will assess patients health and social care needs and, if appropriate put together a package of care to assist them.Experience / Qualifications: Must have NMC Pin & DBS plus a minimum of 6-months UK NHS experience.Apply below today or refer a friend for a generous referral fee*Contact: Rosie Vara
