Description
MediLink Consulting are recruiting a Diabetes & Endocrinology Nurse Specialist (Band 6-8) to work for a client based in Isle of Wight, UK.

Duties include maintaining the strategic lead in developing innovative approaches in the management of diabetes, ensuring research-based practice, generating and evaluating new ideas and ways of working.

Act as a specialist resource to the general public and fellow professionals. Strengthen the skills of the health & social care professionals in hospital and community settings in relation to diabetes.

Manage the Diabetes Centre, having responsibility for managing the budget, staff and day-to-day management.

Experience / Qualifications: NMC Pin, EPMA Training & Omnicell Training (Provided). Minimum of 6-months UK NHS experience needed.
