Description
Band 5 Community Nurses required to undertake comprehensive nursing assessments to identify the patients' physical and environmental needs.

Plan, evaluate and prioritize interventions and care for patients within his/her sphere of responsibility.

Regularly review caseload patient care, informing the Senior Nurse of any changes made.

Experience / Qualifications: NMC Pin, DBS and Minimum 6 Months UK Experience.
Driving license essential due to working in the community.

£35.00 Per Hour – Long Days Only
