Description
Band 6 Multidisciplinary Pathway Workers required to work for our client in Kent on a 3-month contract.

Job Description: To cover duty, undertake initial assessments and active case reviews of young people waiting to start treatment.

Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday

Experience / Qualifications: Assessment, Communication, IT systems, Risk management
