Description
MediLink Consulting are recruiting Band 6 Specialist Delirium Nurse / CPN with Delirium Experience to work in Essex, UK. 

Job Description: Qualified practitioner with the ability to manage caseload within a community setting with support and supervision. Assessment of new referrals to service. Liaising with clients, carers and families via telephone, video conferencing or face-to-face. Covering Duty. Taking part in regular MDT's. Working alongside BHRuT colleagues.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Experience / Qualifications: Preferred experience of working within a community Older Adults or Memory Service team, with Specialist Delirium knowledge and experience. Qualified mental health practitioner/Delirium nurse who has knowledge of working with and managing a caseload autonomously in the community.
