Description
Band 6 Psychiatric Nurses required to work in Harold Wood, Essex. 

Job Description: Qualified practitioner with ability to manage caseload within a community setting with support and supervision.  Assessment of new referrals to service. Liaising with clients, carers, and families via telephone, video conferencing or face-to-face.  Covering Duty. Taking part in regular MDT's.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Duration: 3 months

Experience / Qualifications: Preferred experience of working within a community older adults or Memory Service team. Qualified mental health practitioner who has knowledge of working with and managing a caseload autonomously in the community.
