Description
MediLink Consulting are recruiting Band 5 Community Nurses to work in Chingford, London. 

Duties will include undertaking comprehensive nursing assessments to identify the patients's physical and environmental needs.

Plan, evaluate and priorities interventions and care for patients within his/her sphere of responsibility.

Regularly review caseload patient care, informing the Senior Nurse of any changes made.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Experience / Qualifications: Car driver/ability to travel within your locality in a timely manner, Medicine Management, Diabetes care/Insulin administration, Trauma wounds- non complex, Surgical wounds- non complex, Pressure Ulcer care, Recent Anaphylaxis Training, Male and female catheterisation- care of and insertion.
