MediLink Consulting are recruiting Band 5 Community Nursery Nurses to work in Barking, London. 

Job Description: Proving the o-19 Universal Children Service KPI's - Universal Health Reviews 1 & 2, Introduction to solids programme, NCMP, school drop-ins, supporting Health Visitors and school nurses

Hours: Mon - Fri 9-5 pm; Mon - Wed 9am - 5 pm

Experience / Qualifications: Good communication skills with parents, children, and young people. Caring towards children and families. Good knowledge and understanding of child development. Ability to identify concerns and escalate as required.
