- MediLink Consulting are recruiting Band 6 Social Workers to work in East London.
Duties will include: Managing a caseload of CPA care coordinated and Non-CPA clients.
Assessment and Triage, home visits, recovery-focused activities, risk management, and duty work.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Experience / Qualifications: MH assessment & treatment skills. Knowledge of care coordinator role, care act assessment and use of RiO is essential.
